Tankinstallation Modification: Instead of molding the tank to the fuselage as stated in the plans, there is a mod. for installing it with bolts and fully removable which brings lots of advantages. I had to modify the parts where it's normally molded on since the spot pressure around the bolts will be slightly higher compared to molding it.
Here I did some formwork, installed some nails and safety wire for correct sheath.Everything was painted with a PVA layer. Thereafter I used special form resin to avoid to high temperature during the curing process. Everything had to be a 100% sealed, that stuff is thin!!
